Terms of Service

1. The guest accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded when the reservation of a room has been ordered by the guest and confirmed in writing by the guesthouse.

2. The board accommodation prices are based on the currently valid price list or on individual written agreements. These are daily rental prices in euros including VAT for the respective accommodation, which include the additional costs to be paid in each case (heating, electricity, water, gas, bed linen and final cleaning), unless they are stated separately.

3. The guesthouse undertakes to make the rooms available to the guests in a flawless, agreed condition. If agreed rooms (specific guesthouse rooms) are not available for whatever reason, the guesthouse is obliged to provide an equivalent replacement (room furnishings) outside of the house.

4. The accommodation ofdogsand otherpetsisnot allowed.

5. The pension's liability for damage is limited to intent and gross negligence on the part of the pension. The pension assumes no liability for items left behind.

6. Oral subsidiary agreements will not be made. Changes and additions must be made in writing to be effective.

7. The furnishings in the rooms are to be treated with care; report any damage done before departure. The rooms must be vacated and the keys returned by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the keys that have been handed over are not returned, we will charge a fee of EUR 15.00 per key.

8. The room/apartment will be kept free until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After that, we reserve the right to make another assignment. If arrival or moving into the room is only possible after 6:30 p.m. on the day of arrival, we ask for a written notice in advance.

9.atcancellations or no-showsour compensation payments will be billed for reserved guesthouse rooms, holiday flats, apartments.
